COVID-19 Update

During this time of uncertainty, we wanted to reach out to let you know that we are open for business as we closely monitor the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our employees, clients and the community as a whole.


We believe that slowing the spread of this virus is a responsibility we all share. In order for us to continue serving the needs of our clients, we must first ensure our employees are safe and healthy.


To help us do that, we are taking the following steps:


• We are following the Center for Disease Control and Oregon Health Authority guidelines for sanitation. Employees have been provided documentation on recommendations for how to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus and have been asked to practice good hygiene.
• We are increasing our infrastructure capacity to allow certain members of our team to work remotely when possible.
• We are adding additional hand sanitizing stations throughout the office and the production floor.
• We are bringing in cleaning crews on additional days each week to keep surfaces clean and disinfected.
• We are monitoring the health of our employees and working with our insurance provider to make sure everyone has access to the care that they need.
• We are providing as much flexibility as we can for employees who need to stay home with children during the ongoing K-12 public school closures.
• We are offering greater leniency with sick time and paid time off for employees who have concerns for their own health or their family’s health.
In addition to working hard locally, our network of shops around the country are also monitoring their employees in a similar fashion.


While we don’t anticipate any problems keeping up with our production schedules, we will update everyone if things change.
